Hand in filled-in application and signed consent form together with full payment by Saturday 20th August by:
 
1) Handing in the application and full payment at our next ACTS Teens meeting on Friday 19th August,
 
2) Sending an image of the filled-in application and consent form through a Facebook message and paying online via BOV Mobile Banking (79241010),
 
3) Sending the forms and payment by post here:

We highly encourage you to join our Facebook group on ‘ACTS Teens 2022’ , as we will be posting updates related to boot camp on our group.

 

We suggest that you bring the following: 

Bed sheets/sleeping bag, toiletries, towel for showers, personal belongings, bible, pillow, comfortable shoes, swimwear, beach towels, sunblock, cap and flipflops.

Kindly let us know as early as possible due to the logistics of the event. We would be able to issue a refund in case this happens.

Payments can be processed via BOV Mobile Banking (79241010). Alternatively, you can send a cheque payable to ‘Tabgha Foundation’ by post.  Should you wish to pay in cash during camp, kindly let us know by contacting us on our socials. It is important that you send us a copy of the completed application and consent form beforehand by Saturday 20th August.

The camp package includes sleeping at the premises of St Agatha School, Rabat. Girls and boys will be sleeping on separate floors and there will be supervision during the night.
